The previous structure of completing 1/2 of required hours by the end of June and the remaining 1/2 of hours during the second half of the year (July 1st to Nov 30th) has been reinstated by the Board. This adjustment is crucial to ensure we have consistent support throughout the year, particularly for essential tasks such as docks out and winter storage preparations.
A member who has reached the age of 65 as of January 1st is required to complete 1/2 yearly work hours.
Lifetime Members are exempt from a work hour requirement.
Be sure to sign in and out for each time worked.
Slips to record your work hours are located in a container in the kitchen. Special workdays like Docks In/Out have a Sign In/Out roster. It is your responsibility to sign in and out to receive work hour credit. If you need work hours call a committee chair board or bridge person to get an assignment. Many jobs go undone for lack of volunteers.
